How to access this webinar
To take part in a live webinar, you must first register. To do this simply click the "Register for webinar" button and provide your registration details.
Once you have registered you will recieve:
- a confirmation email with the date, time and login details for the webinar
- regular reminder emails in the lead up to the webinar
- additional materials relevant to the webinar which you can download and print
If you have registered for a live webinar, simply login to the webinar session using the link and login details in your confirmation email.
You will also require headphones, ear phones or speakers attached to your computer to hear the audio.
Our live webinars are intereactive. During the presentation you will have opportunities to ask questions by typing into a live chat box. The presenter will address your questions either during the presentation or at the end.
Note: you do not need a microphone to participate in a live webinar.
Access webinar on mobile devices
You can view the webinar on a personal device (iPad, iPhone or Android) via the GoToWebinar app. GoToWebinar can be downloaded direct from the app store. Once you have registered for a webinar, simply click the link in the confirmation email on your personal device to start watching.
Firewalls and security settings at some agencies may block access to webinars from your work computer. If you have issues accessing our webinars, you will need to discuss with your employer’s Information Technology (IT) section.
